Design & Development

We use the latest design tools to make our working efficient and error free. The company actively promotes employees to upgrade themselves through trainings, certifications and seminars so that the latest trends can be incorporated in our products and offerings. Our engineers are continuously trained by OEMS on their latest offerings that can be incorporated in our solution offers to make it most optimum and user friendly. There is a special focus on designing future ready communicable and smart products which can assist the customers in analyzing their energy consumption trends.

Manufacturing

Our manufacturing infrastructure based in Jalan Industrial Complex in the outskirts of Kolkata is built over a 30,000 sq ft plot with RCC construction and over 50,000 sq ft carpet area spread over multiple floors.

Our fabrication and power coating is currently outsourced to a few vendors selected based on a strict evaluating criterion with proper paper work for ensuring quality and confidentiality of our internal designs.

Our Assembly and Wiring section employs ITI trained technicians using the latest tools like automated ferruling machines, high quality crimping machines, industry leading hand tools, assortment of high quality accessories all driven by a multi-checkpoint QA process.

We strive to continuously improve our quality by deploying the best know practices across the manufacturing process flows. We are committed to continuously do root-cause analysis to ensure that problems once encountered are never repeated.

Our panels have been type testes at CPRI Bhopal against relevant IS/IEC standard for short circuit, temperature rise and ingress protection.
